At Team Clohessy Fitness, we are all about the 5Fs:  Faith, Family, Fitness, Food, and Fun! We believe God has an incredible plan for each of us, but we need to be healthy and at our best to best fulfill His plan! I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to be sitting on the couch snacking on a pint of ice cream when He needs me 🙂

Our goal at Team Clohessy Fitness is to help you be the best version of yourself, inside and out, and we know that starts with your health and fitness. When you allow us to join you on your health and fitness journey, we will take up camp in YOUR corner and will be that voice of encouragement, source of advice, squeal of excitement, and kick-in-the-pants when you need it. We are dedicated to helping YOU succeed!

More About Me

I’m a wife and mother to 4 amazing kiddos, all under the age of 10! I left a six-figure income to focus on what truly matters, our family. I’ve found over the years that I’m a better wife, mom, friend, neighbor, and sister in Christ when I’m healthy, inside and out, and I believe you are too!

I was an athlete in college, but found after our first baby was born I had more ‘mom jeans’ in my closet than I dared to admit. Yeah. Not. Good. In addition, I also had this notion that being a good mom meant homemade comfort food, and lots of it. Again. NOT. GOOD. I didn’t have time to workout because of our busy schedules, and so as the time passed my waistline kept expanding.

After my 3rd baby was born I decided enough was enough. I found a coach and started a workout program, and you know what? It worked! What’s more, the more I worked out the better I ate, and the healthier I felt. Whoa…it can be done!

But here’s the thing. I’m not a salad and tofu-kind of girl. I still make homemade meals because I love to cook (and, well, I LOVE FOOD) but now they are yummy AND healthy. It can be done! I’m teaching my kids to crave food that nourishes without depriving them. That’s a win in my book!

Over the years I’ve found some incredible tools and community in my journey of fitness, and now I want to share them with you 🙂
